- A lifelong scribbler of short stories, lyrics and grocery lists, since 1998 Spyder has been reporting on the New York City music and cultural scene for the New York Waste, NYRock.com and U.K. based Soundcheck-magazine.com. When not out on the town or in front of the computer, Spyder can be found playing bass for several local NYC rock bands, including glam punk rock'n rollers Detox Darlings which he founded in 1996 with his wife the ever effervescent JetSet Jenna.
